is my order sent in discreet packaging?
Absolutely.
Every order is packed in a plain, unbranded cardboard box with no mention of Big Sister's Bedroom or what's inside. The sender name is also discreet, so your parcel won't reveal its contents.
can I have my parcel delivered somewhere other than my home?
Yes! Depending on the Royal Mail delivery options available in your area, you may be able to choose delivery to a parcel locker, Post Office or local collection point during checkout.
how long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
Once your parcel has been dispatched:
• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): usually 2–3 working days
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): usually 1–2 working days
You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
do you offer free delivery?

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.

are your products body-safe?
Yes.
We carefully choose products made from body-safe materials from trusted suppliers. Each product page includes information about the materials used, so you can shop with confidence.
what lubricant should I use?
Unless a product states otherwise, we recommend using a water-based lubricant. It's compatible with most toys, easy to clean and suitable for beginners.
how do I clean my toy?
Clean your toy before and after each use using warm water and a dedicated toy cleaner. Allow it to dry fully before storing it somewhere clean and dry.
do your toys arrive charged?
Some rechargeable toys may arrive with a little battery life, but we always recommend fully charging them before first use for the best experience.

will anyone know what I've ordered?

Your order is sent in discreet packaging, and there is nothing on the outside of the parcel to indicate what's inside.
is my payment secure?
Yes.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Your payment information is encrypted during checkout, and we never have access to your full card details.
↩️ returns
can I return an intimate product?
Because of hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on intimate products once they've been opened or used unless they're faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your item, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
my item is faulty... what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or videos can also be helpful.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
